30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please email us at email@example.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond to you within 2 business days with the return shipping address.
- The customer is responsible for the costs, customs, taxes, and fees of returning the product to us.
- We reserve the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, items not in their original condition, or not to the return shipping address provided by our customer service.
- Please return the package with a valid tracking number for your personal insurance. We will not be responsible for any lost return packages.
- Any bundles or packs must be returned in full and under the above condition for a full refund.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We do not offer exchanges at the moment. Please send back the item within the return policy condition for a full refund, and place a new order for the desired items.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please allow 7-14 business days from the day we receive and process your returns package for your account to be credited.
Once it is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Certain banks may take an additional 2-10 days for your account to be processed.
